Summary of a study conducted to understand the interests and attitudes of people who live, work and play in the area (generate a baseline). To help define current and potential audiences and target groups and recommend how to encourage and engage new audiences.
This study was part of a series of studies commissioned by the IFLI partnership, that informed the development of the Stage 2 bid and Landscape Conservation Action Plan submitted to HLF under the Landscape Partnership Scheme programme in November 2013. The research undertaken through the studies improved the partnership's understanding of the landscape and heritage of the Inner Forth and the development of specific projects.
