Based on learnings from ten climate conversations and ten heritage adaptation walk and talks across the Inner Forth, this Facilitation Pack provides concise, easy-to-follow guidance for community groups, local businesses, social enterprises or individuals who want to start conversations about extreme weather and its impacts on heritage assets with people in their communities.

This guide sets out an approach to developing Local Resilience Plans, drawing on lessons learned through the Climate FORTH project and its work across four target communities: Kincardine in South West Fife, Hawkhill in Clackmannanshire, Fallin in Stirling, and Bainsford and Langlees in Falkirk.
